This was a replacement part for the mixer I gave my daughter 9 years ago. Imagine, a part that lasts that long! The products are GREAT!!!

The kitchenaid beater is a perfect fit for my 30 year old mixer. I've tried everywhere to find a replacement and I'm very pleased with this purchase. It was good to know that this specific beater would fit my old mixer, even though it was from a later model.
